Macro breakdown

Sets protein from body weight (g per kg), then splits remaining calories between carbs and fats by your chosen ratio (default 50/50 of leftover kcal).

Inputs

The rest of leftover calories go to fat. Protein = 4 kcal/g, carbs = 4 kcal/g, fat = 9 kcal/g.
